The GTA office was opened following the acquisition of EFI Concepts in September 2020, joining the force of Master’s and EFI, a company with 30+ years of experience. This office is adjacent to a distribution center and has fully functioning labs for applied and residential products ensuring training of our engineers and technicians. The GTA office also provides technical support for the GTA and Kitchener-Waterloo region.
ANCASTER
The Master Group acquired EFI Concepts in September 2020. The Ancaster office was originally opened by EFI Concepts in 2001 to serve the Hamilton, Niagara and Kitchener-Waterloo region. The strategic location of this sales office allows for quality service by employees who know the intricacies of the market in this region. The Ancaster team also works closely with the GTA sales office, allowing for an exchange of resources and ensuring unparalleled service in terms of knowledge and product offerings.
