Following recent partnerships in Western Canada, we’re excited to announce that our applied division, known as Business Solutions, has officially expanded across Canada.

Overall, our Western team has grown to over 50 skilled professionals, including:
- 14 new team members from JCI Applied, improving our collective experience and product knowledge.
- 4 dedicated team members from LOWE Mechanical Systems, a well-respected family business based out of Calgary.
- 6 brand new members to the BC Ventilation team to tackle the growing Ventilation market.
- Coming soon: An additional 23 Master employees serving the Western Canadian Commercial and Hydronics market segment are set to join the Business Solutions team.

Master’s Business Solutions division is a network of engineers and project managers that are well-equipped to tackle large commercial and industrial bid / spec projects.
What is the difference between Business Solutions and Distribution?
Master is well-established across North America as a premier wholesale distributor. We sell parts over the counter to customers, primarily contractors, and we sell top brands through our dealer network.
In Business Solutions, our value proposition is based on providing a unique combination of products specified for small, medium, or large commercial and industrial projects. These projects require specialized products to be designed, selected, and priced and can require a range of products from commercial and applied equipment, to ventilation products, to heating and hydronics. Once the project is designed, our business solutions team then bids on these jobs and sells the required products and systems that we designed to contractors.
